Russians been yelling for months how evil the "West" and NATO is, how amazing and strong Russia is.
Military draft comes around and they flee the country like rats or, if that isn't an option, dress up like old ladies.
Man, someone has to make a comedy sketch about this. Or just film the events and market it as a comedy
If I'm not mistaken, it's not Russia, but somewhere in Donetsk, which is occupied territories and video is from months before, as mobilization there is happening from the beginning of war
