Got to bed at a scheduled time where you wake up naturally and are not rushing to get ready for work, get a non digital hobby, learn how to cook, clean once a day, turn huge projects into small milestones, walk after eating dinner also eat dinner early, and finally find a time to spend 5min-1hr unplugged from everything and sort through your own thoughts.
