Dude, you just found a weakness you can work on and improve. Why are you upset? If that hadn't happened you would have never known this. You had something bad happen to you. But it's gone. In the past. Are you going to become your own obstacle now? Step over this version of yourself and grow bro. It hurts. It always does. It will never go away. But now you can grow. Become the person you are not. We always have something to improve. But rarely do we learn of what exactly is our weakness. You were given the gift of looking your weakness directly in the eye. Better yourself instead of breaking yourself my man. You are strong. But nobody is strong in every situation. Whenever you find a situation you're not strong in yet, you have just found the path forward. So tread the path brother. That is a strength nobody and nothing can take away from you.

If you didn't die, you learned a valuable lesson. You might not realize it now, but victory doesn't make us stronger. Fucking struggling our asses off and learning does though. Humiliation sucks, but it's not fatal. Be more careful about the situations you find yourself in, and don't be ashamed to retreat and look for ways to avoid confrontation all together.

Go somewhere safe, find someone to talk to. ensure to process the trauma - once your mind clears make a strategy for recovery and potential revenge (if you need it). Getting back up and back on track after a beating/ trauma is real strenght! Stay strong king.

I personally undoubtedly would have fought back. It's what I've always done. I never wanted to, and I always played along in the scenario's until something switched in my mind and takes over. That in itself is 'fight or flight'. First options is flight but when backed in a corner to fight or to just take it are your only options. Personally I know it's not a good thing. I have to be measured. But under stress god knows, hopefully there'll be no more interactions as such. But the world is getting more fucked up.

Life is noyike the movies. These days you've done the right thing in.being able to walk away without being physically harmed. Rumination will continue as you analyse every moment you could have done something to change the outcome for the better. This is just speculation. It cannot be changed. But you will unknowingly learn from the situation while your mind suffers. The end result will be that you will move forward. It's ok. You're ok.

You should get em 1v1. But in a harsh way, like try to erase their existence by breaking in to their house, wipe their SIM card, steal their credit cards , passports and birth certificates and burn them. They can't buy food, can't apply for a card and can't proof their existence.
