You mean sime random guy shovelling dirt is worth less than a manager? Gasp Lol It's always been lime this. 40 years ago I was a nobody working on a construction site. Payment for everyone was 3 months late because "there was no money". Sure enough, almost each day, one the bosses would call one of us to his office and send him to buy a booze bottle which was worth more than I earned in a month. And we did go shopping. And he screamed at us for buying the wrong things, or for moving too slow. They sat on their ass all day, drinking, eating, in a warm office while we slaved on a cold and windy construction site. With no helmets. Or safety gloves, boots, anything. It's always been like this. And always will be. Might as well post a video of someone breathing air and deinking water, cause it's the same surprise factor.
