(1) Hindi is a phonetic language i.e. if you can learn to pronounce each and every alphabet then you can read everything. (2) after you are done with (1) then: (a) take a book written in English. (b) choose an online translator. (c) have a notebook and pen ready. (d) translate each sentence to Hindi one by one. read the translation, listen to it and note it down in your notebook. (e) the moment when you realise that you don't need the online translator and can directly translate in your head is the moment when you can be assured of your abilities.
