Living with my gf for 4 years now, I notice that guys in general like a functional apartment, with the bare minimum and space, even if the deco is not the best. Whereas for women, it's more about craming as much shit together as possible as long as it looks "sweet and homey", even if it means you can't reach a place without making 5 shits fall down.
